Coach for us
North Jersey Athletic Soccer Club (ASC) offers both paid coaching positions and volunteer team management opportunities. Our goal is to build a strong coaching community that combines experienced coaches with passionate individuals who want to support and develop young players.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and leading weekly training sessions
- Coaching during league matches and tournaments
- Supporting player development and team progression
- Communicating with players, families, and club leadership
- Upholding the standards and values of North Jersey ASC
All North Jersey ASC staff members (regardless of whether they are paid or volunteer) must complete various training requirements as well as multiple background checks.

Coaching Development at North Jersey Athletic Soccer Club
At North Jersey Athletic Soccer Club (ASC), we believe that great player development starts with great coaching. That’s why we invest in the continued education and support of every coach in our program.
All North Jersey ASC coaches are provided access to the Coaches’ Voice Academy, a global coaching education platform used by more than 100,000 grassroots, academy, and professional coaches worldwide. (learning.coachesvoice.com)
Through this platform, our coaches have access to a comprehensive library of professional coaching resources designed to support both new and experienced coaches.
