You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract. Youth participants must have a parent/guardian create the account and accept these Terms on their behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify ASG immediately of unauthorized use.
Registration policies, fees, refunds, and schedules are posted on our site. Payment processing is provided by third-party processors. You agree to pay all fees incurred under your account.
Participants, guardians, and spectators must follow ASG’s code of conduct. ASG reserves the right to remove individuals who endanger others or disrupt activities.
Participation in sports carries risk. By registering, you acknowledge those risks and agree that ASG is not liable for personal injury, property loss, or other damages except where required by law.
All content on the Services is owned by ASG or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
ASG may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms or other policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where ASG is incorporated, subject to mandatory local laws.
We may modify the Terms. Notice of material changes will be provided. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
