North Jersey ASC is a development-first competitive club serving players ages 4–19 across Bergen County. We're part of the Athletic Soccer Club national network — and a Nike Premier Club. But what defines us is local: our coaches know this community, our families build it, and our players represent it every time they step onto the pitch.
We are not a club that measures success in trophies. We measure it in players who are better at 19 than they were at 9 — better technically, better tactically, and better as people. That's the commitment we make to every family who joins us, and it's the commitment we ask every family to make in return.
Our training is structured, intentional, and demanding — because development doesn't happen by accident. Every session has a purpose. Every rep matters. And the players who thrive here are the ones who show up ready to work.

Little Kickers
- One 60-minute training session per week
- Sunday morning intramural games
- Focus on fun, fundamentals, and love of the game
- Non-competitive and developmentally appropriate
Club Teams
- A minimum of two 90-minute training sessions per week
- Special clinics and training events throughout the year
- Weekend league matches — fall and spring
- Tournament participation each season
- Winter indoor program available (separate enrollment)
- Fundamentals — age-appropriate, dynamic skill work every session
- Confidence — 1v1 and 2v2 repetition to build comfort on the ball
- Speed of Play — competitive small-sided games that sharpen thinking and execution
- Desire to Compete — a competitive mentality demanded in everything we do
